The last few weeks have been pretty quite to be honeset as in gigs as I have been moving house,and I have just been working on my charity project which seems to be slowly getting there.
Next big gigs for me are Thompsons in Belfast on December 6th and then the monsturous street festival for Below,and up2nogood which I am looking forward to very much.
Production wise,next release after night of Debauchery is a track that I did in Brazil with some guys who call themselves the Funky Cats,this is due out on a German label called Planet B.E.N.
Within a month of being back in the UK I have moved house,nailed a couple of tracks in the studio,played a few gigs here and there,organising a new night out in Birmingham,getting our new Southampton club ready and sorted for us to start work on for after the new year which we hope will be opening for around Easter time.
I also after my mother passing last year I have just started a massive charity project which I have named “Around the world in 80 Raves”,this concept is going to be a huge touring schedule for a group of us Djs to tour the world in the name of charity,and I hope that the world pitches in for this fun fund raiser,but I am at my very early stages at the moment within this monster project and have already planned out 16 Djs with entertainers and tour managers at 5 gigs each,but I am sure you guys will be hearing about all this soon enough!
On the production front my next release is a collaboration with whizz kid Mark Maitland and we have produced a monster tech house track called “A Night Of Debauchery” which is due out on In.Toxicate records in November,this realease will be available from all good digital download sites
I was very excited to play at this big event but I was slightly dissapointed,the club was looking awesome and there was an overwhelming turn out even though a lot of my personal friends did not get in.
I think Birmingam generally has a very commercial night life and to be honest my sound now is far from commercial.
I played after Pete Tong and to me he played ok,he played an Ableton Live set which was a combination of Tech house to some melodic trancey house but basically what he plays on his Radio 1 show.
Next Saturday I am at Storm in Southend which is normally I good night out and the crowd are normally quite an up for it beautiful crowd!
I am now in my 5th week here in Brazil and I leave next as we speak as I am in the airport yet again to come back to the UK, my stay here has been awesome amd I have truly met some awesome people and I have made some good friends, last week there was supposed to be a festival on but due to bad weather the event was cancelled to this weekend which is tonight, therefore the club here in Belo Horizontze “The Deputamadre” held a lock out party in its place and this is where Gaz James and I struck lightning twice as we both played back to back and tore the roof off like the week before.
For the last week I have been staying at an awesome old country house on the out skirts of the city, in this gaff we have a full studio so we have been making some beats slowly but surely but I am quite pleased with what we have achieved already on this deep techy progressive monster of a track.
Last Saturday we all went to a festival that got cancelled the week before called xxxepiereance which was be catered for around 10,000+ people, this was an open
air event in a very hot climit and i think I got slightly sunburnt.
I was supposed to go to Ibiza from here but due to me not giving my track to a certain club brand record label, now my gig has been cancelled but they have offered me a gig at there new venue back in Birmingham which is the new Gatecrasher on Broad Street on the 20th September and that will be probably my first date back in the UK and one of the only gigs that I have done in the UK this year so I am quite excited about it as i have not seen the guys in Birmingham for a while and to top this off tis gig is to launch the new super club and I am also playing along side Pete Tong as well as Lojack.
This last week here saw me doing a bit of sight seeing and finishing the track that I have started here called “Deeper”, and errrrm last night I had a bit of errrrrrm luck with a gob smackingly gorgeous young lady!
My stay here has made me look at Brazil in a new way from what I see I feel that Brazil has an in between feel of Shanghai and Ibiza, but I can honestly say that it has impressed me and has inspired me musically and I hope that with our influences together that we can make some special kind ofmusic for the world.
The big tracks from my tour have included monsters from myself, Gaz James & Hauswerks, Marshall, Mark Maitland, Kim Fai, Gabe, Sasha, Rudi Stakker, and King Roc too name a few.

I have just fucking wrote this mammoth blog but I have just had my lap top re configured and the bastard thing did not save so I got to do all this yet again but obviously this time wont be the same or nearly as long as I am slightly racked off as you can imagine typing in the horrors with a come down from hell and shakes like Mohamed Ali.
Anyway Saturday just gone was a monster of a night as I took to the decks at one of Brazils most respected and talked about underground venues called “Deputamadre” in Belo Horizonte.
I was playing a back to back set with my good friend from back home “Gaz James” who is a regular in these sides.
We both know each others capabilities and we are both aware how good each other are and when it came to the party we both out did ourselves by playing a full on energetic monster set which we both loved as well as the floor.
After we smashed away through the night we were congratulated by the saying that owners, promoters, punters and general staff by saying that they have never ever seen the club go off like it did with us behind the decks “STANDARD TO ME LOL”.
Big tracks of the night Inc: mine and Mark Maitland’s new monster “A night of Debauchery”, Hauswerks new monster groover “Mino Entero” which I am about to adopt as one of my must played tracks, and a couple of new and unnamed projects off my mate George F from L.A.
A few little fellas later I was unable to focus back at my mate’s apartment and we were chatting bollocks to Sunday evening even though Gaz was throwing up the light weight.
All in all 10/10 so far so fucking good!
Right next week we have a monster festival called “Experience” so watch this space for some more chatting shit.
I am yet again at the airport waiting for my delayed flight but this time to Sao Paulo which I have already been too several times but never to this club, I really don’t know what it is going be like but I have been told it’s a popular hang out so we shall see.
Last night I went to a festival called “Jungle Sounds” which actually was a festival in the jungle, to begin with I was bored out my mind without being too snobby but then a few drinks later whatever else I was getting into the spirit of things, and I got to say that at this place are the biggest joints I have ever seen, check on my face book pictures.
Part 2:
I arrive in Sao Paulo greeted by a camera team and a couple of promoters from the venture “Epidemic”, I had a quick interview as we were walking through the airport car park to the car which took me to the hotel where I chilled to the max with a couple of phatt ones.
10 pm comes, the guys ready to come pick me up to take me to the club where its only barely open therefore the place is empty, at this point I was a bit worried but optimistic at the same time.
0130 the club is rocking and is easily the best that I have seen in Sao Paulo so far, I step up on the decks and was welcomed by a dubious rammed club as they were probably thinking who is this Chinese looking dude who is supposed to take us to fever pitch.
3 hours later I finished my set and was applauded whilst I packed away my headphones, by this time the couple hundred thousand party goers knew who I was as I had to prove myself yet again to a crowd who were very fussy but I think I won the over never the less, and then I returned back to the hotel with a newly met friend to get a little acquainted though I cant remember her name!

Part 1:Right I am at the moment in Salvador Bahia in Brazil and I am in between transfers on my Brazil tour, I got to say that this has already been the toughest and the most gruelling journey of my life and I am not even at my final destination yet.I started off at 315 am from my house in the UK to jump in a cab to Birmingham’s coach depot to get a ride to London Gatwick, after a few monster joints I was ready to kick back and relax on the coach which was rammed with holiday makers.I arrived at Gatwick at 8am just in perfect time to check into my flight which was to take me to Madrid where I changed flights to Salvador where I am now munching on a quick chicken burger, its is now 1110pm and bare in mind that from the UK we go back another 6 hours or so, so at this present time I am fucking shagged.I must admit there was a few teething problems which I am far too tired to kick up a fuss about like the twat at the check in desk here was adamant that my flight was with a different company which I totally proved the cunt wrong and secondly some twat broke the zip on my suitcase which has totally fucked up my case, so I have had to tape the fuck out of it and look totally un smooth.I still have 3 hours left until my next board which is due at 2ish am, so I am going to go to go have a mooch about and have another filthy cigarette which I am not proud about but to be honest I would swap for a spliff any day of the week and you know this.I am looking forward to meeting my new agent out here “Paulo” and my good mate Gaz James not only just because they are going to have some decent smoke but so I can just lye down in a comfy flat bed.,
Part 2:Finally my pal Gaz James and Paulo “my agent” picked me up from Belo Horizonte airport at about 630 am, and by this time I was ridiculously tired but just seeing these guys put a smile on my face as I was greeted with the usual banter and a heavy hash spliff which made extremely hungry, after a few hours of hinting that I was knackered the guys finally took me to where I was staying which was my agents apartment.The guys let me sleep for about 5 hours before they were on my case to get up and get ready as we had a party to attend too, after I got my shit together my pal Gaz went and bought a couple of board games to get us in the party mood which was going to be impossible but hey, so we all got involved in a game of “who’s line is it anyway”.The first gaff of my 08 Brazil stint, we went to an underground club in Belo called “Deputura” and it was rocking but as I said before I was far too tired and was not up for anything apart from sleeping even though we were surrounded but hotties but I was not exactly feeling the most smooth guys in town and also I was etcha sketchy to fuck by then.Right at the moment I am on my way to my first gig and I am going to a place called “Cuiaba” and I am at the moment in Brasilia waiting for my connection flight which will be another couple of hours yet, but at this present time all is good but I am feeling very tired and run down but I have all week to recover at the country house where we will be chilling.,Part 3:Well I am on my way back to Belo Horizonte and I am at the moment in Brasilia again due to transfers and at the moment I am feeling like shit warmed up to be honest, I have been throwing up since I got up after my massive 2 hour sleep in the hotel but too be honest it was fucking worth it.Even though I was extremely knackered and was not up for it, the set I played was one of best and the crowd were so responsive it is giving me a big head.I have never ever in my life have had this many girls throw them selves at me which was a beautiful compliment but when a couple of the birds turned up at my hotel room I was not too impressed as I was not really into the dirty bastard party mood.The club in Cuiaba was called the loft and it took me by surprise and I cannot wait for my return there.Big tracks of the night included my good friends track “Boss Boys aka mark Maitland with Tackle face”, that Hulk track was massive too and Gaz James and Hauswerks rendition of my track “Deadly Groove”.Right I have been travelling for 3 days now and have caught 9 different aeroplanes so now it is time for a major chilled week for me here.
Right I have been back in the UK for 3 weeks now and now I am starting to feel normal after 9 months of being away from what I called “home”.I have so much on my mind at the moment from deciding where to work and where to live, I have so many options that I cannot decide but I hope I choose the right option.All I can say is that I am enjoying my life away from the money laundering club that was so badly organised “The Wall” in Shanghai.This weekend I am helping my friends out at the underground venue “the Rainbow” in Birmingham, then as of Tuesday I will be in Brazil touring the fuck out the place which I am heavily looking forward too.The last couple of weeks have seen me in the studio in Leeds with Mark Maitland and we made a monster techno track called “a night of Debauchery” which is getting awesome reactions already “check it on MySpace”.Right I will keep you up to date with my Brazilian tour, till then x
Last week I cancelled my gigs in Ibiza as it was not cost effective so I ended up in Leeds and utilized my time in a constructive but messy time.Friday I jumped into the studio with up & coming star Mark Maitland, we started a monster techy track and we have named it “A night of Debauchery”, after that we went for some dinner then back to my mates to play whose line is it anyway?Fucking half eight in the morning and I am still trying to get to sleep on my mates sofa.One pm comes round and I am gathering myself together feeling rather bunged up as if my hay fever had kicked in nicely.I arrive at the studio a couple hours later feeling rather hazy, but the track had to be finished, after a few hours we made a beast but guess what, the fucking Mac crashed and we fucking lost the whole session “fucking wounded”, never the less we have got there near enough and I am pretty happy with the results for or first collaboration.Check it out on my space.
